The extension brackets fixed the one problem I had with the front mount globe pull up bar. I never liked how tight to the bar was to the uprights. The extensions moved the bar out nicely.

The Ares already has a pull-up bar, but it's nice to have a second one that's (a) at full height, and (b) never blocked by the bench. I installed a second one on the backside of the weight stack, so now my taller son doesn't complain his feet are dragging when doing leg raises. Note that the pull-up bar choices are limited to the straight ones.

Great fit and finish. Build quality is classic rep being sturdy for whatever you throw at it. We fit the multi grip bar on our rack with it. It’s not an ideal use but it was a perfect solution for our rack since we needed a pull-up bar.
