Drop-In Dip Attachment

The main difference between the Drop-In Dip Attachment and the standard Dip Station is the fact that the Drop-In Dip Attachment mounts as two individual attachments to your left and right uprights. By comparison, the standard Dip Station mounts to a single upright. The two-handle design allows for dips to be performed in the center of the rack, creating a more stable feeling and allowing for compatibility with the Belt Squat Attachment for weighted dips. 

No, the Drop-In Dip Attachment does not have the side-to-side motion that is present on the standard Dip Station. This is because of the new "Double C-cup" design that attaches the Drop-In Dip Attachment arms to the upright. Furthermore, the two-handle design of our Drop-In Dip Attachment allows your weight to be distributed throughout the center of the rack, which creates a more stable feeling when performing dips. 

If you are attaching the Drop-In Dip Attachment to the front of your rack, we highly recommend bolting down the rack or attaching Front Foot Extensions to increase the stability of your power rack. 

The handle width will vary from 18.3” at the narrowest point (toward the rack) to 24” at the widest point (away from the rack). 

No, the handle width is not adjustable. However, they do angle out which allows you to choose a comfortable width.

No, but the dip handles are finished with a matte black power coat to provide a secure grip. 

Yes, with the familiar J-cup-style mounting, moving these dip handles up or down is quick and easy.  

No, it is only compatible with our PR-4000, PR-5000, Omni™, and Apollo™ racks.
